About Sarah Hartig
My current practice focuses on defense of general liability claims, with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, trucking, premise liability, and product liability, including defense of claims involving catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death. I am skilled in handling all facets of the litigation process in both state and federal courts, from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial. Extensive experience litigating high exposure cases involving multimillion-dollar damage claims. Prior to going into private practice, I gained experience in the areas of complex civil and construction defect litigation while completing a judicial clerkship. My background also includes class action defense at both the State and Federal level, family law, consumer rights, and consumer bankruptcy.
