As Managing Trial Partner at Messner Reeves LLP’s Las Vegas office, I represent businesses and professionals facing their most complex and high-stakes legal challenges. I’m a trial lawyer at heart: my practice focuses on employment, corporate, and catastrophic injury defense, and I’m deeply experienced in every stage of litigation, from jury selection to cross-examination to closing argument. Over the years, I’ve defended Fortune 500 companies, hospitality and retail groups, brokers, and medical providers in both state and federal courts. I also serve as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, helping owners navigate daily legal issues and mitigate risk before disputes arise. My approach is straightforward: understand the business, identify what’s at stake, and develop a strategic path forward. Beyond the courtroom, I frequently advise clients and industry groups on emerging liabilities and compliance under state and federal anti-discrimination laws. I’m passionate about helping organizations strengthen their workplace practices and manage risk proactively. Before practicing law, I served as Vice President of Human Resources for a real estate development company, which shaped how I view legal strategy—not just as defense, but as prevention. I earned both my J.D. and B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and remain active in the community, advocating for families with special needs and supporting educational causes across Nevada.
