I focus my practice on litigation, defense of high exposure claims, employment related matters, product liability and provide a comprehensive range of legal services required by all participants in the construction industry – architects, engineers, design professionals, owners, developers, general contractors and other affiliated consultants and service providers. I am often called upon to analyze complex claims and provide innovative legal strategies to effectively serve my clients when disputes arise. I represent clients in the gig economy and help them to navigate emerging legal issues. My clients include major transportation providers, colleges and universities, construction companies, technology companies, restaurant and gym chains and Fortune 500 companies. I have significant experience defending corporate clients in the areas of premises liability, general liability, product liability, employment discrimination, and professional liability. I represent employers in handling individual and class-type related lawsuits involving all types of employment and discrimination cases. I also represent educational institutions in lawsuits involving injuries, bullying, defense of Title IX claims and employment disputes.
