PERSONAL INJURY AND GENERAL LITIGATION My firm represents people who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of another person, business, government agency, doctor, hospital, nursing home, or other organization. Areas of litigation include corporate commercial litigation; real estate litigation; personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, general negligence, matrimonial, and general litigation/business litigation. I personally investigate each case and stay in personal contact with my clients. No attorney fee is collected on any injury case unless I obtain a verdict or settlement. I also provide aggressive defense litigation. I am proud to have been named a "Rising Star" from 2014 to 2017 by Super Lawyers. (While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, only 2.5 percent are named to "Rising Stars.") I draft all my own papers and have Appellate Division experience. I believe in the full protection of my client's rights, regardless of citizenship. status. nationality, or other unique qualities. His staff is fluent in Spanish [Espanol], and we can provide translators for speakers of all other languages. I am admitted to the United States Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. I have done appellate work. ADR / MEDIATION I am also active in Alternate Dispute Resolution as a mediator. I have conducted mediations, most to success, through the American Arbitration Association; I have been appointed as a mediator/arbitrator by the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
