About David Lever
David B. Lever has been tirelessly advocating for the legal rights of accident victims, injured through no fault of their own, since 1990. David is proud to say that every case he has handled throughout his professional career has been on behalf of individuals without regard to their financial means. He has never defended insurance companies or corporate defendants. Known for his integrity and commitment to fighting for what he believes is right, David is well respected by both lawyers and judges in the legal community. David opened the doors to his own law practice at the young age of 30, after having worked for a New York City plaintiff’s personal injury firm. While some things have changed over the years, one thing that remains constant is David’s unwavering passion for his work and for the clients he serves. David derives personal satisfaction in being able to bring a small measure of dignity back to those whose lives have been forever altered. David has been the driving force in consistently recovering significant monetary awards for thousands of firm clients over his career. David treats every case as his only case, thus ensuring that each client receives the personal attention that they deserve.
