As Co-Chair of Dechert LLP’s Global Litigation Practice, I bring decades of experience navigating complex product liability, insurance, and mass tort litigation. I serve as national coordinating and trial counsel for leading corporations across industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, bioengineering, and industrial products. My practice spans high-stakes trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations, with a proven track record in toxic exposure and environmental disputes.Recognized as a leader in the field, I have been honored by various publications for my contributions to product liability and mass torts. Notable accolades include "Litigator of the Week" by The American Lawyer and multiple MVP awards from Law360.
