About Jane Jacobs
I represent management clients across the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters. I've built my practice on a fundamental belief: every case depends on how we tell the story, and the attorney who writes that story most compellingly—setting the tone and strategy from day one—positions their client for success. My litigation practice encompasses the entire range of employment disputes, from discrimination and harassment claims to wage and hour class actions, restrictive covenant enforcement, and workplace safety matters. I approach each case with meticulous preparation and strategic thinking, understanding that the narrative we craft often determines the outcome. On the traditional labor side, I guide clients through collective bargaining agreements, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and in arbitration proceedings.
