My partner Jon Gill and I both learned our trial skills in the homicide bureau of the Bronx District Attorneys office and then worked together managing Creedon & Associates, the Travelers largest staff counsel office. We have been in private practice at Creedon & Gill for fifteen years. We have won cases in every courtroom in downstate New York. We turn in outstanding liability defense, no fault fraud and subrogation results. Last year we made multiple seven figure recoveries for our subrogation clients in fire cases. We represent many municipalities on Long Island and have earned dismissals recently of several "wrongful death" cases as early as the Notice of Claim process. I have been involved recently in a flurry of litigation in what appears to be a booming field - abuse of the probate and estate process. In the last two years Creedon & Gill obtained the largest recovery against the biggest medical device manufacturer in the world stemming from their global product recall, compelled the biggest construction lobbyist in the state to remediate the properties of five veteran families victimized by toxic dumping during the development of their homes at Veterans Way in Islandia and stymied the illegal attempts of Suffolk Regional Off Track Betting to jam their 70 million dollar casino down the throats of the citizens of Brookhaven.
