He also served as a member of the office’s Sex Crimes and Domestic Violence units. In 2003, Robert became associated with the firm, Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP, where he concentrated in the practice of Matrimonial and Family Law, before founding The Wallack Firm in 2007 which specializes in high-net worth Matrimonial and Family Law matters. Robert is a skilled, knowledgeable and dynamic trial lawyer who combines aggressive courtroom advocacy with a practical, common-sense approach to achieve outstanding results for his clients. Robert is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University Law School, and a member of the faculty of Cardozo Law School’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. He is a frequent television commentator speaking on various legal issues, and has been quoted extensively in local and national print media. He has served as the legal consultant to “General Hospital” on ABC Television since 2004.
