I am an AV Rated Attorney who has practiced law since 1984 concentrating in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, achieving results by providing personal and thoughtful strategy, advice and service to both corporations and individuals in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters. I also counsel clients on alternatives to bankruptcy. I work with creditors who are affected by the bankruptcy of others in order to protect and preserve their rights. I regularly handle litigation for both debtor and creditor clients. I have represented individuals and businesses in diverse industries ranging from manufacturing to retail, service industries and medical practices.
