ANDREW STOLL Partner, Stoll, Glickman, Bellina, LLP Civil rights, employment, and criminal defense attorney Andrew B. Stoll has deep experience with every aspect of law enforcement, and the many ways in which the overwhelming power of the state can be abused. He is an expert remedying civil rights abuses by police on the streets, as well as in our jails by prison officials. An “inside outsider”, Mr. Stoll has represented New York politicians on both the city and state level, and has handled many high profile cases. A native New Yorker, Stoll is a graduate of New York University and holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
