I counsel businesses at all stages of their development, from incorporation through dissolution, providing services including: negotiation and preparation of shareholder agreements, operating agreements and employment agreements, advising businesses on acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, and helping businesses to structure their financial transactions, including obtaining secured or unsecured loans and other commercial financing. When litigation is inevitable, whether through a contract dispute, shareholder dispute, or unfair competition claim, I represent clients at arbitration, mediation, court proceedings or administrative hearings. I enjoy the challenge involved in finding the best possible outcome for my clients, whether in negotiating a settlement or trying a case to its conclusion. I also represent individuals and businesses, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants in the purchase, sale or lease of residential and commercial property, secured and unsecured transactions and aid in their efforts to obtain financing and mortgage loan workouts or deal with foreclosure issues.
