He has represented hundreds of companies, business owners, lenders, institutional stakeholders, fiduciaries, and court-appointed representatives in debtor and creditor matters, workouts, recapitalizations, asset sales, and complex Chapter 11 proceedings. For more than two decades, Jonathan Pasternak led his own boutique bankruptcy law firm, guiding it to national prominence by case volume.
