About Rachel Beardsley
I am a Partner at Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, where I practice business immigration law and provide strategic legal advice to Fortune 500 companies, boutique clients and individuals. Serving as an advisor to a diverse client base across a variety of industries, including financial services, media, fragrances/cosmetics, manufacturing, wind energy, agribusiness, sailing, and nonprofit organizations, I collaborate with clients’ legal departments, global mobility groups, HR and business stakeholders to develop immigration strategies for program management. I also advise clients on immigration policy changes, assessing the impact to their program, and modifying their policies accordingly to manage risk and ensure compliance with immigration laws. I have developed a strong passion for helping others in my community through pro bono work and volunteer opportunities, and my pro bono service has included volunteering at various immigration detention centers. Also, some of my notable pro bono cases include a successful special immigrant visa application for an Afghan national and successful asylum applications for Honduran children.
