About Wai Chan

Wai Y. Chan is a partner in Moses & Singer's Corporate/M&A, Securities and Capital Markets, and Equipment Lease Financing practice groups. He serves numerous middle market and closely-held companies in their financing needs including private and public debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
