Yonatan Jacobs

I am an experienced litigation attorney representing publicly-traded and privately-held companies and high-net-worth individuals in a wide array of complex commercial litigation, including contract, tort, constitutional, employment, shareholder, securities, and real estate disputes in state and federal courts. I also counsel my clients on litigation-related issues, including avoiding potential private and government litigation, and on litigation strategies. In addition, I handle litigation due diligence, and government and internal investigations, and cases relating to civil and criminal fire code violations. As part of my pro bono practice, I have represented organizational and individual clients on FOIA, immigration, transactional, and criminal matters in state and federal courts, including at hearings and conferences, and before government administrative agencies. I also act as local counsel for out-of-state law firms working on litigation in New York courts.
