I am a shareholder at GrayRobinson focusing my practice on business restructuring, complex bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation. I represent debtors and creditors, including businesses and business owners, in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 (including Subchapter V), and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases and related litigation.I also represent Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees in bankruptcy administration, litigation, and asset recovery. My bankruptcy litigation experience includes civil RICO and fraudulent transfer claims, Ponzi scheme litigation, discharge and dischargeability actions, and claims involving Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) companies, as well as other complex disputes arising in and related to bankruptcy proceedings.My experience representing trustees provides an additional perspective when representing debtors, creditors, businesses, and business owners in financially distressed situations. My practice frequently involves matters in which bankruptcy, business disputes, creditor rights, and litigation intersect.I have a longstanding commitment to pro bono service. I have twice received The Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and have received multiple awards from the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County recognizing my pro bono work.I have lectured on bankruptcy and related matters for organizations including the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
