Matthew Boomershine

Mr. Boomershine graduated from Brown University in 2002 with a B.A. in Public Policy and thereafter attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida. Formerly an Assistant Public Defender, he has been fighting for the rights of Florida’s criminally accused since his admission to the Florida Bar, and now dedicates his legal practice almost exclusively to Criminal and Traffic Defense. He is a skilled negotiator and a vehement advocate for his clients, and has handled hundreds of criminal and traffic cases in Central Florida. Mr. Boomershine defends traffic infractions, misdemeanors and felonies throughout the State of Florida, and offers free initial consultations and flexible payments plans tailored to his client’s needs. He can also assist in the Sealing or Expunging of existing criminal records. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Trial Law and Criminal Law sections of the Florida Bar, and currently lives with his wife in downtown Orlando.
