Michael Best & Friedrich - On July 1, 2024, O&A and StartupProgram.com joined Michael Best & Friedrich, and my team came over to the Venture Best platform. We merged for one reason with Michael Best, which was to provide our clients with the next level of client service. Michael Best is a strong full service national law firm with an excellent and innovative venture practice in the form of Venture Best. We have had the good fortune of finding the Venture Best team through our clients and working with them before joining forces. My job at O&A and SUP is over, but I am excited about my new challenges as the Office Managing Partner for Michael Best' LA Office and Head of Venture Best California. O&A, P.C. - I founded O&A, P.C., a venture and corporate law firm for technology and content. We represent early stage, growth companies, and established tech companies as well as venture firms. We like working with entrepreneurs and companies that are inventing the future. We also represent companies on their commercial transactions, primarily software development, distribution, and SAS transactions. StartupProgram.com Inc. – I founded StartupProgram.com after seeing so many early-stage startups come to O&A for help because they had dysfunctional legal structures and they weren’t optimized for the pursuit of venture capital. Blue Heron - I am President of Blue Heron Ventures, Inc., which provides angel financing to startups. We only invest in businesses where we can bring value and help the entrepreneurs in a true partnership.
