I have been an attorney in California for 35 years. My initial areas of practice included civil litigation, business and entertainment transactions, insurance defense and other consumer and commercial litigation. For the past 20 years, my practice has focused on representing individuals and businesses facing tax problems such as large past due liabilities, civil penalties, unfiled tax returns, audits, payroll tax problems and other tax issues. Starting in 2003, I helped a close friend resolve an IRS tax liability, saving him more than $270,000 in taxes, through the Offer in Compromise program. For nearly seven years, I served as Supervising Attorney at two of the largest tax resolution companies in the country, helping to successfully resolve serious tax problems for hundreds of clients, and overseeing the process for several thousand clients. I now run Tax Relief Clinic, Inc., a professional law corporation, with the mission of providing personalized and caring service to our clients, while keeping their economic concerns in mind. The aim of Tax Relief Clinic is to provide the kind of exceptional client care that large tax problem companies and firms cannot possibly achieve.
