The 2008 Financial Crisis, coupled with the corruption of the banks and Wall Street to illegally and improperly secure new loans, displaced millions of homeowners and their families. After many years as a Real Estate and Business Law Firm specialist, I decided to begin my own practice with a focus on Foreclosure Law and Real Estate Litigation. Having worked for both large and medium-sized Bay Area firms, I was exposed to the huge overhead costs most firms today charge their clients. I knew I could provide clients with the highest level of representation while not charging the enormous overhead if I opened my own practice. I am very proud of our efforts not only as Real Estate litigation experts but also as a law firm dedicated to preserving the rights of homeowners against the Big Banks.
