About Kirsten Fish

Kirsten M. Fish joined Needham Kepner & Fish LLP in 2002 and became a partner in 2007. She focuses her practice on personal injury, wrongful death and elder abuse litigation. Before joining the firm, Kirsten practiced patent law. Kirsten is the author of "Litigating Financial Abuse Actions Against Institutions, Agents and Fiduciaries" in CEB's California Elder Law Litigation: An Advocate's Guide. She is also a frequent guest lecturer and has presented "Nuts and Bolts of Elder Abuse Litigation" seminars to the Monterey County Bar Association and the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association. Kirsten has also lectured to law students studying Trial Techniques at Santa Clara University School of Law and has taught Legal Research and Writing at Lincoln Law School in San Jose since 2009.
