About Shanna Covey

I'm passionate about helping businesses grow through our legal services at Texas Suits. With my combined experience as a business owner and attorney, I understand both the business and legal side of matters, as well as the necessary balance for both when operating a company. I have gained significant franchise attorney and corporate attorney experience by developing and growing Massage Heights Franchising’s legal department as its Corporate Counsel, and later, doing the same for TGP Franchising (The Gents Place franchise brand). Furthermore, I have represented prospective franchisees, by reviewing the respective franchise disclosure document and representing their legal needs through the franchise transaction. While I specialize in franchise and corporate transactional law, our full service firm can handle most any of your legal needs. I love helping people and try to do so whenever possible. I often find that businesses and individuals need just a bit of legal advice or strategy but don't want to call an attorney who will charge them hundreds of dollars to give them an answer primarily consisting of "maybes" and "I will need to look into that." I make it a practice to only charge for "real" legal work so that my clients always feel comfortable calling me to discuss business or life and never fear that they will get a big bill for doing so. This being the case, I am happy to help non-clients with gaining understanding related to a legal situation in hopes that when they need a lawyer for something serious they will consider calling me.
