Scott Wu

I concentrate primarily in the areas of business litigation, collections and transactional matters. I have negotiated and drafted numerous legal documents for individuals and corporate clients. I was a co founding member of Wu & Wu LLP a small boutique firm in Los Angeles where I served as legal counsel for Los Angeles Dealer Auto Auction. I currently serve as legal counsel for Sunny Meat, Inc., International Cultural Exchange Association, the Southern California Dragon Boat Club, the Los Angeles Racing Dragons, and other small and medium sized businesses throughout Southern California. I have handled legal matters in the areas of Estate Planning, Contracts, Employment Law, Collections, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Real Estate. I have handled all aspects of litigation including mediations and trials. Prior to entering private practice, I negotiated and drafted commercial leases for Westfield Shopping Centers, one of the largest shopping center owners in the nation. I was born and raised in Southern California and attended Bishop Amat High School where I participated in baseball, basketball and volleyball. I received my undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of California at San Diego. At U.C. San Diego, I was an active member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. I received my law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law (where I was an active member of the Asian Pacific American Law School Association). I am currently an active member in the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as in the Asian Professional Exchange. My hobbies include dragon boat racing, photography, golf, snowboarding, surfing, triathlons, outrigger canoe racing, and mountain biking. Specialties: The Law Offices of Scott D.
