However, fighting large companies and insurance carriers takes time, financial resources and patience. We often have to march the defendants kicking and screaming to the courthouse steps before any meaningful settlement discussions take place. It is much like David versus Goliath. Yes, we can and do battle the giant corporations. And, we win. Our legal team is well-prepared, resourceful, aggressive and highly effective in presenting and prevailing in a case. We fight for our clients and for the justice they deserve. Typically, we pursue a case under a contingency fee arrangement with our client. When we win, we earn a certain percentage of the award. Our percentage commonly ranges from 20-40% And, if we don’t win, our clients pay nothing. All of the expenses we incurred on behalf of the client in preparing the case are assumed by us.
