Currently, I am in-house counsel for the State Compensation Insurance Fund, a quasi-governmental agency that employs approximately 4,500. My work covers a broad spectrum of advice and counsel. The bulk of my work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for our Enterprise Procurement, Real Estate Management, Claims, and Marketing Departments.In the past, I have assisted small businesses with various issues including formation, trademarks, defamation, and contract negotiation. I have also worked with the University of San Francisco School of Law's Employment Law Mediation Program.
