Sabrina Stuart

Sabrina A. Stuart is a Partner at Herrera Law Firm and works in the Firm’s San Diego and Sacramento offices with experience in personal injury, civil litigation, workers' compensation, mediation and family law. Ms. Stuart is admitted to practice law in the State of California, all of the United States District Courts for California and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Stuart practices primarily personal injury and workers' compensation.  She represents clients who have suffered minor to catastrophic injuries from automobile accidents, animal attacks, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall, construction accidents, industrial injuries and more.   Ms. Stuart offers mediation and is a Mediator for the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation Program.  She has a multitude of hands-on training in alternative dispute resolution, as much of her practice consists of negotiations and mediations.  Ms. Stuart attended the Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institution for Dispute Resolution and received a Mediator Credential from the National Conflict Resolution Center. Ms. Stuart is recognized by Avvo as a Top Attorney and has a Superb rating of 10.0.  She has received the Avvo Clients' Choice Award and was recognized as a Top Young Attorney Nominee in 2010 by the San Diego Daily Transcript. Ms. Stuart is a recipient of the SDVLP Distinguished Service Award and the Wiley W. Manuel Pro Bono Award from the California State Bar.   Ms. Stuart’s educational background includes attendance at Hofstra University School of Law in Nice, France where she studied Comparative Constitutional Law under Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  She received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was awarded a scholarship, many awards and graduated with Honors.  Ms. Stuart received a B.A. in Communication Studies from CSU Sacramento where she graduated with Honors.
