About Stephen Pearson
Mr. Pearson represents clients in complex family business dissolutions and restructurings, trust and estate, real and personal property, and secured transactional disputes; and has represented banks and other financial institutions in lender’s liability and restructuring matters. Mr. Pearson has tried cases in both state and federal court and has broad experience in the mediation and arbitration of disputes. In addition, Mr. Pearson represents several large local non-profit enterprises in their business and development matters, and he assists them in resolving disputes focusing on the special needs and concerns of non-profit boards, including the enforcement of their rights in trusts, wills and bequests.
