Frank Nicholas

Frank Nicholas is a civil trial and attorney with over 30 years in private practice. His practice concentrates on wrongful death, personal injury and medical malpractice as well as on non-injury cases, including employment issues, legal malpractice, insurance disputes, and contract and consumer law. Mr. Nicholas graduated Magna Cum Laude, with his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1977 from the University of Southern California. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Supreme Court. Since the establishment of his Orange County accident law firm, Frank Nicholas has dedicated his time and professional career to representing the rights of those affected by personal injury and automobile accidents. Attorney Nicholas works personally with every client he represents to give each of them the best legal advice and guidance possible.
