About Margaret Ikeda
Margaret has extensive experience in the practice of civil litigation and family law. In civil litigation, Margaret has experience both as a plaintiff's and defense attorney. She began her legal career as a insurance defense attorney before representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and then in protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities. She has experience in personal injury, construction defect, breach of contract, employment, and disability rights law. Margaret graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in 2002. During her time at law school, she was the Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. After law school, she completed "Mediating the Litigated Case" with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
