RESOLVING CLASS ACTION DISPUTES Richard Rahm represents California and nationwide employers in state and federal class actions, successfully defending employers in the financial services, trucking, manufacturing and retail industries. Mr. Rahm is also a frequent speaker and author on class action issues. RESOLVING WAGE & HOUR DISPUTES Mr. Rahm has defended employers in a broad range of wage & hour disputes, particularly under the Private Attorneys' General Act of 2004 ("PAGA"), including disputes about wage statements, meal and rest breaks, reimbursement of business expenses, misclassification of employees, and the scope of PAGA in state and federal courts. Mr. Rahm was also one of the authors of the amicus brief filed on behalf of the retail and hotel industries in the Brinker Supreme Court case.
