About Richard Valdez
After having had a civil litigation practice for over 30 years, I am now the Chief Operations Officer of LeSar Holdings, Inc., working with the LeSar portfolio of firms, whose mission is to end the housing affordability crisis and homelessness. As COO, I oversee company procurement, contract management, human resources, marketing & communications, facilities, risk management and the other array of duties necessary to be of-service to the LeSar firms. I have spent over 25 years volunteering my time on various boards, commissions and committees, including for state-affiliated organizations, city commissions and committees, non-profit organizations and legal-related services. I also have 27 years of experience as an adjunct instructor teaching law students trial skills and paralegal students seeking their certification.
