About Nate Austin
My practice is focused on representing employers in litigation with a focus on class action litigation. I have extensive experience in wage and hour and exempt/non-exempt misclassification class actions under California law and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In my practice, I use my experience developing database solutions to analyze client data to provide insight into various workplace issues.I also represent employers in single and multi-plaintiff litigation involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; wrongful termination; Family and Medical Leave Act; California Family Rights Act; and breach of contract. I also conduct training for managers and employees on various workplace issues.
