She is the founder of NAVEX Global, the world’s leading ethics and compliance software and services company. Under Shanti’s leadership, NAVEX grew to more than $200 million in ARR, becoming one of the most recognized brands in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and exceeding a billion dollar valuation. Shanti actively serves on multiple company boards, primarily focused on software and tech-enabled services. She has deep experience working with both entrepreneurs and investors, with a focus on strategic planning, sales and marketing, M&A, product development and thought leadership. Shanti has unique expertise in building and investing in disruptive technologies that transform the way we think, communicate and manage.
