Janell Freeman is the founder and managing attorney of The Law Office of Janell Freeman, PC, an immigration law firm dedicated exclusively to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. She built her practice from the ground up through an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service, integrity, and results. Today, she leads a team focused exclusively on immigration law and has helped thousands of clients pursue lawful status and build brighter futures in the United States.Before founding her firm, Janell began her career with a Fortune 500 company, where she was recognized as one of its top-performing representatives. She later served as Business Development Director for a private equity investment firm while earning her Juris Doctor. Before entering private practice, she interned with the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and further developed her passion for advocacy.Janell is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Throughout her career, she has represented clients before USCIS and the immigration courts, as well as businesses pursuing investor-based immigration matters. Today, her practice focuses primarily on family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, and complex immigration cases requiring strategic advocacy and personalized representation.Beyond her legal practice, Janell is deeply committed to expanding access to justice. She volunteers with nonprofit legal clinics, organizes community outreach initiatives, and provides pro bono legal services to individuals who would otherwise have limited access to legal representation.
