Admitted to the California Bar and United States District Court, Central, Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit in 1989. Mr Tiggs’ educational background is as follows: Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA (B.A., French & Broadcasting, 1984), UWLA School of Law (J.D., 1988). Mr. Tiggs has exclusively practiced in the bankruptcy area since being admitted to the bar. He represents debtors, creditors and trustees, including bankruptcy litigation and appeals before the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel; U.S. Army combat veteran (Operation Enduring Freedom, 2008-2009) and he is a LTC in the California Army National Guard.
