About James Hinds
I am a Harvard Law graduate, class of 1976. The Professionals associated with The Hinds Law Group bring more than 60 years of business litigation experience to each engagement. We practice business litigation for the middle market throughout the Country. My law firm assists those who are owed money - collect it; and those who owe money finds ways to deal with the claims of their creditors. Over the past five years I tried cases in the telecom industry, for importers of electronic goods, owners of wind farms, owners of an oil field, and for various partnerships. We present plaintiffs and defendants. Not all of our representations are litigation. However, the expertise we bring to the table can bring all of the options to the table in a cost-effect fashion. Specialties: Our law firm performs in arbitrations, civil litigation, mediations, and appellate work in courts across the County. We have been admitted in the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California, the Northern District of Texas, the Southern District of New York, the Western and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Virginia. We try cases for a living and are the law firm you can employ when you have to “bet the farm” on the outcome of the case.
