About Jenny Doling

Jenny L. Doling represents consumer and business clients throughout California in bankruptcy, insolvency, and tax controversy matters. She is licensed to practice in California and Nevada and earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is also a California State Bar Certified Bankruptcy Specialist. She is the founder of J. DOLING LAW, PC. Jenny is a staunch advocate for every client. Her creative legal strategies and innovative lawyering have brought unprecedented results to her clients. Ms. Doling was appointed by Chief Justice John G. Roberts to serve a 3-year term on the Judicial Conference Bankruptcy Advisory Rules Committee - 2023-2025, and was recently reappointed to a second term. Ms. Doling is the Vice President of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and has served on the board since 2018. She also serves on the Board of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum (SDBF) was its past President. She is a frequent panel speaker for national organizations such as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ), National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (NACTT), the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) and locally for the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum (IEBF).
