In my current role as a Court Commissioner/Judicial Officer with the Riverside County Superior Court, I preside over a misdemeanor vertical calendar, managing matters from arraignment through resolution. I bring more than a decade of experience to the bench as a trial attorney, legal educator, and law firm leader. Prior to my judicial appointment, I led a multidisciplinary legal team of assistants, paralegals, and associate attorneys, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and client-centered practice. My work spanned real estate law, probate, civil and business litigation, and estate planning, with a strong emphasis on practical problem-solving and statutory compliance. I also served as counsel for the Riverside and San Bernardino County Public Administrators, while representing a diverse range of private clients, balancing complex and high-volume caseloads with professionalism, diligence, and strategic judgment.
