About Monte Grix
Monte is a partner in the Santa Monica office of Hirschfeld Kraemer and has broad experience in the areas of labor and employment law (litigation and advice). Monte clients in all phases of advocacy, including administration law trials, mediation, arbitration, jury trials, and appeals. Monte was named by fellow members of the California State Bar as a Southern California "Super Lawyers" Rising Star in Labor and Employment -- 2013, 2014, and 2015. Monte also volunteers his time as a coach, referee and administrator with AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization), Region 20, in Santa Monica/Mar Vista, and occasionally, against his better judgment, climbs Mt.
