Mark Kassabian

Our firm is located in Pasadena, California. We represent individual and corporate clients in a wide range of civil litigation and criminal matters before both trial and appellate courts. We have a concentration in representing clients in white-collar and federal criminal prosecutions, as well as in representing clients who are subjects of, or witnesses in, government investigations. We also defend clients in all types of state court criminal matters. I am admitted to practice before all California Courts, all U.S. District Courts in California, as well as the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Criminal Courts Bar Association and the Armenian Bar Association. I currently serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Armenian Missionary Association of America and as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 5 in Pasadena, California. I also served as a leader in Cub Scout Pack 519 in La Canada, California. I have served as a member and chairman of the City of Pasadena Public Library Commission; as a trustee of the Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School in Sherman Oaks, California, as well as of Haigazian University in Beirut, Lebanon. I served on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of the Polytechnic School in Pasadena, California. I have also served as a Trustee, Building-Committee member, and Chairman of the Board of Deacons and Board of Christian Education of the United Armenian Congregational Church in Los Angeles.
