OUTCOME: 18 months Felony sex crime: Client facing 15 years prison and lifetime sex offender registration OUTCOME: Resolved with a misdemeanor and probation, 6 months custody, no registration. PC 422 - criminal threats: School teacher facing loss of licensure. OUTCOME: case dismissed and client now full time teacher. Medical professional charged with embezzlement: Facing loss of licensure. OUTCOME: Case dismissed, and medical license was unaffected. Grand theft of over $40K from employer. OUTCOME: Misdemeanor with probation and a fine, no jail.
