Randy served as an assistant United States attorney in the Southern District of California from 1987 to 2015, litigating matters involving white-collar fraud, financial crimes, and complex criminal conspiracies, and successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. From 1982 to 2011, Randy served 29 years in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he adjudicated felony courts-martial, provided legal services, and presided over military pretrial confinement hearings.
