About Nancy Abrolat
I run one of California’s most respected plaintiff-side trial firms, focused on high-stakes employment litigation: discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and wage theft. We recently secured a $1.1 million jury verdict in Corprue v. City of Lawndale, where the jury found the City liable for retaliation after a three-week trial. Our next trial begins July 28 against West Los Angeles College, part of the Los Angeles Community College District. The case involves three Asian-American employees in the college’s Aviation Department: two women who reported harassment and discrimination, and a male colleague who stood up for them. All three were swiftly retaliated against and removed—violating state law and the college’s own policies.
