About Corey Klein
For more than 35 years I have litigated a broad range of complex business cases in trial and appellate courts and before arbitrators and government agencies. I regularly represent clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation in industries including legal services, insurance, manufacturing and distribution, film and television production, Internet commerce, real estate development, and many others. I have extensive experience successfully defending local, regional, national, and international law firms accused of legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, malicious prosecution, or other wrongdoing involving legal services disciplines including banking, real estate, securities, healthcare, structured finance, litigation, entertainment, tax, estate planning, and intellectual property. I have also successfully defended lawyers and law firms in State Bar proceedings, and regularly advise on professional responsibility issues. I also have extensive experience in employment matters. I have successfully defended employers in all types of employment litigation brought by individuals, as class actions, or by government agencies involving claims of wrongful termination, age discrimination, disability discrimination, sex discrimination, national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, WARN Act, meal break and wage and hour law violations.
