North American counsel for Malaysia Airlines for 25+ years, including in DOJ criminal investigation for anti-trust price fixing (no indictment), and multi-district federal anti-trust civil action. Labor and employment counsel for employers and managers. Fee litigation in class action and employment matters. Products liability counsel to manufacturers. Have spent considerable time defending inmates with capital convictions and have obtained relief on six death sentences obtained in San Joaquin County, Kern County, Fresno County, Santa Clara County, Alameda County, and in Oklahoma City. Successfully litigated a federal 1983 action for sixteen years against California on the grounds that its execution practices were unconstitutional, resulting in Executive death sentence reprieves on over 750 capital convictions. Pursuing 1983 actions for unconstitutional and malicious capital prosecutions by Fresno County and Alameda County involving the knowing presentation of false evidence to secure the convictions.
