About Trisha Monesi
Since 2015, I have been an associate at Capstone Law APC, where my practice focuses on prosecuting consumer class actions in state and federal court. I have extensive experience in litigating data breach, automotive defect, false advertising, and product defect cases on behalf of consumers. I graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2014, where I served as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and was a certified law clerk, focusing on special education advocacy, at the Center for Juvenile Law and Policy. I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston University in 2011, where I majored in Political Science and International Relations. I am admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and for the Eastern District of Michigan.
