About Ben Mohandesi

Ben is a litigator with extensive experience representing national, regional, and local clients in state and federal courts. His practice is comprised primarily of consumer, commercial, and employment litigation. He has served as lead counsel in jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations and administrative hearings. In addition to his trial court experience, Ben has successfully argued numerous cases in state and federal courts of appeal. Prior to forming Yu | Mohandesi, Ben worked for one of the largest law firms in the country, Reed Smith LLP, where his practiced focused on financial services litigation, employment litigation, and product liability litigation. In addition to managing cases for clients throughout the country, he was an integral member of multiple trial teams, including a team that defended a pharmaceutical company in a nationwide coordinated action with approximately 4000 plaintiffs. Moreover, as a unique supplement to his extensive work for clients as outside counsel, Ben also served as in-house counsel for Honda North America, where he managed consumer and employment litigation throughout the country.
