About Stacie Yee
As Partner, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Pillsbury, I serve as one of 3 partners on the firm’s 5 person Executive Team, overseeing our global legal and risk functions. For external clients, I help boards and management teams navigate talent dynamics, workforce culture, DEI strategy, social impact initiatives and the rising wave of shareholder proposals. I also handle employment litigation, arbitration and counseling, and the full spectrum of complex commercial disputes for our global clientele. My preventative-first approach supports clients, including foreign-based enterprises entering the U.S. market, to avoid costly litigation by proactively advising on contracts, policies, leaves and disability accommodations, terminations and other workforce issues. My firm role helps me uniquely understand the demands on, and needs of, client GCs. Pillsbury is one of the world’s foremost law firms, advising Technology companies and their investors, as well as clients in the Energy & Infrastructure, Financial, Life Sciences & Digital Health, Real Estate & Construction, and other dynamic industries. I am a member of the Advisory Board for the Berger Institute at Claremont McKenna College and previously served on the Executive Council of the LCLD Fellows Alumni.
