About Jill Chasson
I provide practical, day-to-day advice to employers of all sizes and in a variety of industries regarding compliance with the many federal and state laws that govern the workplace. When disputes arise, I represent employers before administrative agencies, in arbitration proceedings, and in litigation in federal and state courts regarding a variety of employment-related claims. I also work with individual management- and executive-level employees to negotiate employment contracts and separation agreements. Before starting my legal career, I was a collegiate and Olympic swimmer. I draw on that experience to bring both a natural competitiveness and a sense of sportsmanship to my law practice. I am driven to achieve successful outcomes for my clients without sacrificing civility and respect for others. At Coppersmith Brockelman, I enjoy being surrounded by colleagues who are smart, talented, and devoted to practicing law at a high level, but who also have great senses of humor and don’t take themselves too seriously.
